How To Buy And Sell Online at Astral

**Step 1**
The first step Sara takes is to Register as a member of Astral Enterprise and decides what her username will be. She decides to make her username "sara17". During the registration, Sara is asked for her Yahoo ID (we will explain this further on).

**Step 2**
The next thing Sara17 does is login to her Astral Account, scroll down to the Online Garage Sale section, and click on the link "add new item"

**Step 3**
Sara17 notices an available slot that she purchased earlier, she then clicks on it. The next page asks sara17 for information on the item she wants to sell. Sara17 picks an old lamp. She then submits her three pictures of the lamp. Sara17's ad is then approved by Astral Enterprise and posted in the Online Garage Sale.

**Step 4**
Sara17's ad is now posted in the lighting section of the Online Garage Sale. Kathy has found the Online Garage Sale and is looking for a lamp. She notices Sara17's lamp, priced at $5.00 and wants to ask sara17 a question.

**Step 5**
Kathy sees two ways of contacting sara17. One way is a form located on the bottom of sara17's ad and the other way is by contacting sara17 Instantly by using her Yahoo instant messenger. Kathy sees that sara17 is online and sees her Yahoo ID. Kathy adds sara17 to her Yahoo instant messenger and contacts sara17 immediately.

**Step 6**
Sara17 and Kathy talk about the item and Kathy decides to purchase the lamp. They complete the deal and sara17 does not have to pay any additional fees at all to Astral Enterprise. Sara17 then logs back in to her Astral Account and scrolls down to her Online Garage Sale Section.

**Step 7**
But this time sara17 clicks on a link that says "modify items". Sara17 finds the ad with the lamp. Sara17 sees a question that says "Is This Item Still For Sale?" She chooses "No", then clicks the button. The ad is removed from the Online Garage Sale and the slot that the lamp was in, is now available to sara17 to post another item.

Slots are like spaces you have to post items. Each Slot can be used to sell one item or 100 similar items

What If I Sell An Item, What Happens To That Slot?
That Slot Is Returned To You So You Can Use It To Post Another Ad.

I Need More Available Slots. How Can I Get More?
If you require more slots to sell additional items, there is an option to purchase more slots in your Astral Account. Your Astral Account Will Be Updated To Reflect The Changes.

How Can I Get Yahoo Messenger?
Yahoo Messenger Is Free, And Can Be Downloaded By Clicking Here!

Do you offer other plans to people who want to sell many items?
Yes, Astral currently offers 4 plans. They are Astral Basic- 1 slot for $5, Astral Plus- 3 slots for $12, Astral Premium- 5 slots for $20, and Astral Gold- 10 slots for $35

How often do we have to pay the fees and is there any other fees do we need to pay?
Once you purchase a plan, those slots are yours forever! You can sell 1 million items using the same slot! If you sell an item, just login to your account and mark that item sold. Once that is completed, that slot will automatically return to you to sell another item at no additional costs. Astral DOES NOT charge ANY other fee such as selling fees just because you sold the item. ALL profits belong to you!

On Every Ad, There Is A Box That Is For The Seller's "Shipping Information". In That Box Should Be What Form Of Shipping The Seller Uses (Example: UPS, USPS, FEdEx, ETC.)

How Do I Know If I Can Trust A Seller?
On every item that is for sale in the Online Garage Sale, the seller's username appears on the very top of the page along with whether the member is Verified or not. If a member is Verified, that means that Astral Enterprise has Verified that the person does exist and that we have checked their mailing address. If the member is Not Verified, we would suggest you make sure you have ALL contact information for the seller BEFORE you make your purchase. We do advise buying from members that we have Verified, to avoid ANY problems with your order.
